The Bank has been actively participating in imparting financial literacy among children. All Android smart phones users can also download the app 'Little KGB' from Google play store, which introduces banking to children.

How to Apply

If you already have a Junior (Minor) Account with KGB, visit your branch to recieve a Junior RuPay Debit Card instantly.
Else, a new Junior Savings Account could be opened by visiting any of our branches and avail the facility.

First Time Activation

Visit any ATM for activating your Junior Debit Card.
Change the PIN you have received from the Bank.
Do not disclose your ATM Pin number to anybody.

Rates & Charges

From July-2022, beyond 5 free transactions per month at KGB and Canara Bank ATMs, financial-nonfinancial transactions will be chargeable.

FAQ

My card has been blocked due to 3 successive incorrect PINs. What do I do?
- Card will be automatically un-blocked next day. In case you have forgotten your Pin approach the Branch.
What do I do if I have lost my Debit Card?
- Immediately Hotlist / Block your Debit Card by calling 0484 2912400.
- Send SMS to 8082892975 in the following Format HOTLIST Last four digit of ATM Card Number (Example : IF the last four digit of the card is 1234 SMS should be send in the format HOTLIST 1234).
- Call our customer care number 04842912400 from the registered mobile number and follow the IVR instructions.
- Mobile Banking activated customers can block the card from the KGB mPAY application itself. Click on ATM card Menu >> click Temporary Block/Unblock >> Use toggle button to block debit card usage.
- Inform the Branch to Hotlist / Block Card.
